Important Stuff To Note Before You Register For The Oregon Fall Camp

1.) UPDATED REGISTRATION NOTES!!! (last update -- Wednesday, November 6)

Status of various Camp registration openings is as follows:

Sunday, Dec 8 -- We are full at this time. Email to get on the wait list.

Monday, Dec 9 -- We are full at this time. Email to get on the wait list.

Tuesday, Dec 10 -- couple spots only available with Camp permission, email for clearance.

Wednesday, Dec 11 -- couple spots only available with Camp permission, email for clearance.

Thursday, Dec 12 -- We are full at this time. Email to get on the wait list.

Friday, Dec 13 -- We are full at this time. Email to get on the wait list.

Saturday, Dec 14 -- OPEN for more skiers, register now & tell your friends!

PLEASE do not register or pay for any closed or restricted Camp date without clearance first. Email jd at xcoregon dot org and we'll give an OK or put you on a wait list. Often things work out.

2.) Please note that for all Fall Camp days, all campers will be responsible for arranging your own daily or season Mt Bachelor Nordic Center trail pass. Passes are available at MtBachelor.com or at the Nordic Center ticket window. Whenever possible, the Camp strongly urges you to have your passes in hand at least the day prior to your first Camp day. We gather on the snow promptly at 8:45am each day so you have limited time from when the Nordic ticket window opens some mornings to get an in-person pass. Mountain daily tickets generally go on sale after November 1.  Click here to purchase passes.

4.) Note Just For Current AXCS Members: If you are a current (as of both when you register and the current year's Camp dates) member of the American XC Skiers masters association, please go to this page to get special registration instructions for AXCS members in order to save $10 (exclusive discount!) on any Camp package.

REGISTRATION STEP ONE (in two parts!) -- Pay on-line with a credit card via PayPal AND ALSO SEND AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR CAMP INFO.

With on-line payment button below, the Camp will automatically get a confirmation of your payment, the number of days of your registration, and your mailing/email address contact info -- but please note that we also need you to send a SEPARATE EMAIL to jd at xcoregon dot org telling us exactly which exact days you wish to attend plus your technique preference for each of those days. Example of what we need in a separate email: Bob Jones...Dec 5, 6, 7..."all skate" or "classic Tuesday + skate Wednesday/Friday". If you can figure it out, you can also add that info to your PayPal order underneath the email space where it says "Add special instructions to the seller" -- but a separate email to jd at xcoregon dot org works best for most folks.

REGISTRATION STEP TWO -- Complete and sign the Fall Camp Waiver. This document must be signed, scanned or photographed, and emailed to jd at xcoregon dot org prior to your first Camp morning as a firm requirement for participation.

Fall Camp Refund Policies:

--> 100% payment is due at time of registration. Absolutely no Camp spots will be held without full payment.

--> If you cancel up until 5pm PST, Sunday, November 10 (4 weeks prior to Camp start), a refund for any Camp registration will be provided minus a non-refundable registration fee of $10 per person. Just send an email to to jd at xcoregon dot org by the deadline and we'll take your refund. After the November 10 deadlineall registrations are non-refundable for any reason except cancellation or postponement of Fall Camp days.

--> If any Fall Camp days are cancelled or postponed by the Fall Camp for any reason (health/pandemic-related, mountain or road safety closures, lack of snow, etc.), full registration refunds or credit options minus non-refundable registration system processing fees ($2 when paying with PayPal) will be issued to all impacted Campers for the impacted specific day(s) only. Note that a "cancelled" or "postponed" Camp day refers only to a morning where planned Fall Camp on-snow sessions do not take place and the Camp notifies all Campers registered for that day that on-snow sessions are officially cancelled or postponed. Campers self-electing not to attend on any scheduled date that the scheduled Camp session does actually take place are not eligible for refund or credit. Please note that by registering for the Oregon Fall Camp you acknowledge ahead of time that you understand that Camp sessions can and will take place in literally all types of weather and skiing conditions. As long as Mt Bachelor Nordic Center is open for business on a given morning, the Camp generally will go forward on that day.

--> XC Oregon assumes no responsibility for refunding or compensating for any financial costs beyond Camp registration fees or any other damages incurred by a registered Fall Camp participant as a result of officially cancelled or postponed Fall Camp days or missed Camp days by any camper due to any other reason. XC Oregon urges all Campers that travel to Central Oregon to purchase travel insurance.
