Oregon Fall Camp: Registration

Important Stuff To Note Before You Register For The Oregon Fall Camp

1.) Please note that all Camp dates have capacity limits based on available coaches. Once we hit our projected capacity, we will immediately suspend registration for impacted days. Often we can open up more spots, but if you have limited options for attending Camp -- it always pays to get a spot before a given day fills.

Saturday, Dec 2 -- Full Camp Reg Open + Touch-Up Camp Reg Open

Sunday, Dec 3 -- Full Camp Reg Open + Touch-Up Camp Reg Open

Monday, Dec 4 -- Full Camp Registration Open

Tuesday, Dec 5 -- Full Camp Registration Open

Wednesday, Dec 6 -- Full Camp Registration Open

Thursday, Dec 7 -- Full Camp Registration Open

Friday, Dec 8 -- Full Camp Registration Open

2.) Please note that for all Fall Camp days, all campers will be responsible for arranging your own daily or season Mt Bachelor Nordic Center trail pass. Passes are available at MtBachelor.com or at the Nordic Center ticket window. Whenever possible, the Camp strongly urges you to have your passes in hand at least the day prior to your first Camp day. We gather on the snow promptly at 8:45am each day so you have limited time from when the Nordic ticket window opens some mornings to get an in-person pass. Mountain daily tickets generally go on sale after November 1.  Click here to purchase passes.

3.) Please make sure to read all the Camp Cancellation & Refund Policies (bottom of this page) before you register. There are changes from past years especially with non-refundable processing fees.

4.) Note For Current AXCS Members:   If you are a current member (as of both when you register and the Fall Camp dates) of the American XC Skiers masters association, to save $10 (exclusive discount!) on any Camp package you will need to email jd at xcoregon dot org to get a special discount code BEFORE you attempt Camp registration.

XC Oregon is now using a new-to-us registration system which will allow campers to do payment, your specific camp info, plus signing waiver all in one process. As this is a new system for us (first put into motion August 29) please let us know via email (jd at xcoregon dot org) if you encounter any hiccups.

Note For Current AXCS Members:   See note above about special code to get your exclusive 2023 Camp registration discount.

Fall Camp Refund Policies:

--> 100% payment is due at time of registration. Absolutely no Camp spots will be held without full payment.

--> If you cancel up until 5pm PST, November 10 (3 weeks prior to Camp start), a full refund for any Camp registration and for any reason will be provided minus non-refundable registration system processing fees (6% of your Camp cost + $3.45). Just send an email to to jd at xcoregon dot org by the deadline and we'll take your refund. After the November 10 deadline, all registrations are non-refundable for any reason except cancellation or postponement of Fall Camp days.

--> If any Fall Camp days are cancelled or postponed for any reason (health/pandemic-related, mountain or road safety closures, lack of snow, etc.), full registration refunds or credit options minus non-refundable registration system processing fees (6% of your Camp cost + $3.45) will be issued to all impacted Campers for the impacted specific day(s) only. Note that a "cancelled" or "postponed" Camp day refers only to a morning where planned Fall Camp on-snow sessions do not take place and the Camp notifies all Campers registered for that day that on-snow sessions are officially cancelled or postponed. Campers self-electing not to attend on a scheduled date that the scheduled Camp session does take place are not eligible for refund or credit. Please note that by registering for the Oregon Fall Camp you acknowledge ahead of time that you understand that Camp sessions can and will take place in literally all types of weather and skiing conditions. As long as Mt Bachelor Nordic Center is open for business on a given morning, the Camp generally will go forward on that day.

--> XC Oregon assumes no responsibility for refunding or compensating for any financial costs beyond Camp registration fees or any other damages incurred by a registered Fall Camp participant as a result of officially cancelled or postponed Fall Camp days or missed Camp days by any camper due to any other reason. XC Oregon urges all Campers that travel to Central Oregon to purchase travel insurance.
