Hello from Houghton

Posted by marshall in Latest News

Ok so it’s been awhile since we’ve updated.  Thanks, Wes, for filling in.  There have been plenty of races since the last race report.  Some good.  Some bad.  Maybe we’ll fill you all in on those but don’t count on it.  Even though there is lots more to blog about during the race season, it can be a lot tougher to get in any sort of routine that would be conducive to blogging.  Lots of travel, running around, race prep, and then of course we go home for the holidays where my parents still use AOL on dialup and Windows 2000 and I’m on the verge of suicide as I wait for 5 minutes for my email to load, let alone write a blog…But I digress.

Many of us are now in Hougton, MI for US Nationals.  The snow is clean and plentiful, the courses tough and well prepared, and the competition stiff.  And of course there is a little added pressure for all because these races are the last chance to qualify for the World Cups being held in Canada in late-January.  Should be fun.  We’ll try to keep you “posted”.
